ALWA Whistleblowing

How to report

At ALWA, we strive to have an open and transparent workplace, where misconduct should not occur. Employees at ALWA are always encouraged to first contact their immediate manager, HR or other appropriate responsible person. It is important to us that there is clear information on how to report misconduct in a confidential and secure manner. If there is suspicion of ongoing or past misconduct, there must therefore be conditions that make it easy to report in order to jointly safeguard the trust of employees, customers and the public in us.

We use Visslan's whistleblower channel, which ensures your anonymity, high security and which you can reach by clicking here:

Who can report?

Simply put, you can report misconduct if you are or have been active within ALWA. If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblower policy.

What can be reported?

We encourage you to blow the whistle if you suspect wrongdoing within the company and it is in the public interest for it to come to light. If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblowing policy. You do not need to provide proof of your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.

How is reporting handled?

The report is handled confidentially. All personal data without relevance will be deleted, and the case will only be kept for as long as necessary. Our cases are handled by the law firm VICI to ensure independent handling of cases.
