Our history
ALWA was founded in 1998 in Uddevalla by Ari Lehtinen and Willy Andersson. Their initials formed the company name, which from the very beginning has been associated with skilled, dedicated professionals who deliver high-quality work on time.

It started with licensed welding, manufacturing, and assembly of various types of pipe and steel structures for process-oriented and petrochemical industries. Today the expertise of ALWA’s employees has expanded to also include more in-demand services within this industry – such as fire watching.

In 2023 when ALWA became part of the Sjöson Group, the dream of creating a staffing company unlike any other was born. Still focused on professional pride and craftsmanship, but with a new and much needed flexibility. A staffing company that responds to the needs of its clients, is agile and service oriented, while also prioritizing the well-being and development of employees.
